These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of REM Labs ("we", "us", "our") and the services available at remlabs.ai ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. API keys provide full access to your account — treat them like passwords. Do not share your API key publicly. Notify us immediately at security@remlabs.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.
You retain ownership of all content you store on the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content to provide and improve the Service — including running Dream Engine synthesis cycles to generate your Morning Brief and Intelligence Score.
We will not sell your User Content to third parties or use it to train AI models for third parties without your explicit consent.
We offer a free memory tier ("Free Plan") with no credit card required. Paid plans ("Pro", "Team") unlock additional features including unlimited Dream cycles, advanced analytics, and higher credit limits. Features and limits are subject to change with reasonable notice.
We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. For critical availability requirements, consider an Enterprise plan.
API access is subject to rate limits based on your plan tier. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling. Sustained abuse may result in account suspension. The API is additional developer terms may apply.
The REM Labs platform, Dream Engine, and all associated software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service without permission.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@remlabs.ai. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request a copy of your memory data within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REM Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or emailing you. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law principles.
